Can I try it before committing to anything?
Yes, and that's where we start.
You talk to Andrea for five minutes right now, with no code and no waiting: it's the same AI that handles our clients' calls, so you can hear it, interrupt it and watch your profile fill in as you talk. We then email you the proposal. If it suits you, it comes with a code so Andrea can configure your assistant, followed by a trial run with your own phones, without a single piece of your customers' data.

Do I have to change software or the way I work?
No. We start from how you handle things today and connect it to what you already use: management software, CRM, switchboard or your customer list. What can be connected in your case, and how much it costs, comes out of the tailored study, not a generic list.
There are AI receptionists for €29 a month. Why does this cost more?
Because what we sell isn't a voice that answers, but the core behind it. A generic AI receptionist usually works from a script: it takes a message and passes it on. Our core knows your company (your catalogue, your rules, what must never be promised), recognises who is calling, connects to your systems and gets things done: it opens the right ticket, alerts the right person and leaves a record. And everything else comes as standard: recording, transcription, quality score, AI and recording disclosure, opt-out list and human approval. When you compare, look at what's behind the other price. And if you want to check, we'll show you with your own case before you decide anything.
What happens if the AI gets it wrong with a customer?
It doesn't decide sensitive matters on its own. A complaint or an unusual case is handed to a person straight away, and any action with consequences (sending, charging, deleting) waits for your approval. On top of that, every call is scored: if something keeps recurring, you see it on the dashboard that same week.
Is it legal to answer calls with AI in Spain?
Yes, with conditions. Since 2 August 2026 the AI Act has required you to
say from the very first sentence that the caller is speaking to an AI; GDPR requires you to disclose the recording and have a legal basis. Both come as standard on every call, and anyone who asks not to be called goes on a list that the system never dials.
We explain it in full in the guide →
Where is my data and who can see it?
In a separate space for each client, with knowledge, permissions and credentials kept isolated. Sensitive documents (invoices, receipts) are processed with models that run locally and never leave the infrastructure. An automatic safeguard prevents one client's material from ending up in another's proposal.
How long does it take to be up and running?
Five days from the moment we have your company profile to the trial run with your phones. The real pilot starts when the trial run convinces you, and not before.
What if I'm not convinced?
The trial run asks for no customer data and no commitment: if the call and the email don't represent you, we adjust them or stop there. The Essential tier has no minimum term; on the higher tiers the annual commitment comes with a discount.
