Who is behind this website

What the law on information society services requires you to know about anyone offering you something online. No more small print than necessary.

Owner

One piece of information is missing, and we would rather say so. The company has been incorporated and has a tax ID (NIF), but its entry in the Madrid Commercial Registry is still pending. As soon as it is registered, we will add the registry details here and update the date below.

This website and the services offered on it belong to SERVIAGENTIC SOLUTIONS, S.L., tax ID (NIF) B05684766, with its registered address at C/ Don Juan I, 30, 2.º H, 28807 Alcalá de Henares (Madrid), pending registration in the Madrid Commercial Registry. The trading name is ServIA.

What we offer and on what terms

We build and operate artificial intelligence agents for businesses. The services are described in the catalogue. Each client's price comes from a prior study, is given as a fixed quote in writing, excluding VAT, and is set out in their contract. Asking for a study, a quote or talking to Andrea does not commit you to anything: nothing can be purchased from this website.

When you speak to an artificial intelligence

Andrea is an artificial intelligence system, and says so in her first sentence, as required by the European Artificial Intelligence Regulation. The conversation is transcribed so we can prepare your proposal, and artificial intelligence providers outside the European Union are involved in processing it. How we handle that data is set out in the privacy notice.

Ownership of content

The texts, design and software on this website belong to the owner. You may quote them provided you credit the source; you may not copy them in order to offer the same thing.

Liability

We take care to ensure that what this website says is accurate and up to date, and we correct anything that is not as soon as we become aware of it. Links to third-party sites (data sources, legislation) belong to their authors, and we accept no responsibility for their content.

Law and jurisdiction

Spanish law applies. For anything that cannot be settled by talking it through, the courts of Alcalá de Henares have jurisdiction.
