What we do with your data
Courtesy translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
This page explains exactly what this website stores, where, for how long and who can see it. It was written by reading the code, not copied from a template.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is SERVIAGENTIC SOLUTIONS, S.L., tax ID (NIF) B05684766, with its registered office at C/ Don Juan I, 30, 2.º H, 28807 Alcalá de Henares (Madrid). For anything to do with your data, write to serviagentic@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
There are two ways to leave us data on this website, and you start both of them: talking to Andrea and requesting a tailored study or a written quote. There is no registration, no open user area and no newsletter. The legal basis in both cases is your consent, which you give by submitting the form; storing your IP address and browser to detect abuse is our legitimate interest.
| Data | Where it comes from | What for |
|---|---|---|
| Name and company | You enter it | To know who is asking and who we are dealing with |
| Email address | You enter it | To reply to you |
| Telephone (optional) | You enter it | To call you, if you prefer |
| Comments | You enter it | To understand what you need |
| Services and tier chosen | You select them (quote) | To calculate the estimate |
| Job title, sector, company size, how work reaches you, what you want to solve, which processes we could help with and which tools you work with | You enter it, or tell it to Andrea | To prepare the study and the proposal |
| The documents you upload (price lists, a sample order, whatever you use today) | You upload them in the interview, if you wish | So that the proposal fits your case. It stays on our servers: it is not sent to any AI provider |
| IP address and browser | Supplied by your connection | Security: detecting abuse and automated submissions |
Submitting the form does not commit you to anything. It is recorded so that a person can review it and call you.
If you talk to Andrea from the website
At /entrevista you can talk (or type) to Andrea, our artificial intelligence assistant. No code is needed. She tells you in her first sentence: she is an AI and the conversation is transcribed. What you tell her (your name, your company, how work reaches you, which tools you work with, which processes you think we could help with, your email and, if you ask for one, the appointment) is saved in a record that is used to prepare your proposal: what we would do, how much it would cost and a presentation of your case. You see it fill in on screen and can correct it while we talk. At the end, if you have left us an email address, we send you a copy of what was noted and the transcript of the conversation; nobody outside the ServIA team receives it. We do not ask for payment details or data about your customers.
To understand and reply to you, what you say in that conversation passes through the artificial intelligence providers we work with, who are outside the European Union. You will find all of them in the table below, with what each one receives. This is one of the reasons we do not ask for data about your customers: it is not needed to prepare the proposal. The documents you upload are not sent to them: they stay on our servers.
How long we keep it
Twelve months from the moment we receive it: the request, the interview record, any documents you have uploaded and the call log. After that period it is deleted automatically, without depending on anyone remembering: the system does the clean-up on start-up and once a day. If you ask us earlier, we delete it earlier.
If a contract results from that request, the data from the business relationship is kept for the period set by accounting and tax law, which is longer. That specific period is still to be confirmed.
Who sees it
- The ServIA team, from a password-protected panel.
- An alert to our mobile when a request comes in, via Telegram. That alert carries the company and the estimated amount; the name, email, telephone and comments do not leave our servers.
We do not sell or pass on this data to anyone. There is no advertising or profiling.
Where it is stored
On our own servers, within the European Union. A backup is made daily, and the backup expires after the same period as the original: when the data is deleted, it is deleted from the backup too.
Cookies and third parties
This website uses no analytics or trackers: no Google Analytics, no pixels, nothing of the kind. Checked against the code.
We only use one technical cookie, and only if you enter a password-protected area: it records that you have logged in, it is signed, it is not sent to anyone and it expires on its own. Without it, the session cannot be maintained, so there is nothing to consent to or refuse.
Fonts. The fonts on this website are served from our own server. Until 3 October 2026 they were requested from Google Fonts, which meant that Google received the IP address of anyone visiting the page; no longer.
Who else sees anything, and what they see
These are all of them. There are no others, and none of them receives your customers' data.
| Who | What they receive | Where it is stored |
|---|---|---|
| OpenAI | Your voice, for the duration of your conversation with Andrea, so that it can understand you and reply. It is not stored there; the transcript stays with us | United States |
| DeepSeek | The text of that conversation: what you tell Andrea and what she replies. It is the model that makes her think | China |
| ElevenLabs and Twilio | Only if the conversation is by phone: the number and the audio of the call | United States |
| Telegram | A notification to our mobile phone that a request has come in, with the company and the estimated amount. No name, no email, no phone number, no comments | Outside the EU |
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, take it with you or object to our using it. Write to us at serviagentic@gmail.com and we will reply. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you think we are getting it wrong.
We reply within one month at most, which is the deadline set by law, and usually within a few days. If your request is complicated, we will tell you so and let you know how much longer it will take.
Changes
If this changes, this page changes and so does the date below. We don't notify you any other way because we don't have a list to notify.
